fix(chart): 关闭 lightweight-charts TradingView 归属角标

- layout.attributionLogo=false: 板块分时图与个股日K两处一致
- licence 链接要求改由 README 技术栈 Lightweight Charts 外链承担
- 实测: 个股分析页图表渲染正常, DOM 无 tv-attr-logo 残留
