style(tests): ruff format 修复 test_hk_transaction.py (CI format check)

CI 的 ruff format --check 报该文件需重格式化：参数化注释前双空格对齐为
单空格、两处 MacTransaction 单行化、文末多余空行。仅格式调整，无逻辑变更。
