CVE: pytest <9.0.3 存在临时目录处理安全问题（中等严重程度）。 本地 Python 3.11 venv + pytest 9.0.3 全量测试通过：761 passed, 2 skipped。 pytest 9.0.3 要求 Python>=3.9，满足 CI 矩阵 3.10/3.12/3.13。
