style: ruff format security_bars.py（修复 ci.yml format 检查）

合并 e3e8dd4 时采用远程版本，但其 _log.warning 字符串换行未跑
ruff format，导致 ci.yml 的 format 检查失败。纯格式调整，无逻辑变化。
